| 12. Description.
This is an application for an extension of the Special Temporary Authorization granted in SES-STA-20051117-01591 for an additional 30 days. The extension will allow EchoStar to complete testing of its new Ka-band earth station located in Mount Jackson, Virginia prior to submitteing an application for regular authority for this earth station.
