The order is based on the recent protective order regarding MSV s satellite contract with Boeing, which Inmarsat and MSV proposed and the Bureau approved. See 21 FCC Rcd 5228 (2006). As noted in footnotes 6 and 9 of the draft protective order, Inmarsat and MSV have agreed in advance that the following individuals will be permitted to handle the Confidential Submission pursuant to the Protective Order: PWSP lawyers: David Konczal, Tony Lin, Paul Cicelski, and Emily Helser. PWSP staff: Julia Colish, Renee Williams, and Jessica Millikens. Other: Tom Tycz and Serge Nguyen We ask that the International Bureau consider adopting this order expeditiously.
