12. Description. Criswell College made an inadvertent error and let an existing Ku-band license (Call Sign# E940272) lapse and unfortunately expire. Immediately when we recognized our oversight we filed for a new license (E050379). Nothing on our uplink has changed. We are seeking permission to keep continuing our satellite uplink until the new license is granted. Criswell College is a non-profit, non-commercial, entity serving a large audience throughout north Texas, west Texas, and southern Oklahoma. We have three stations served by this uplink, one of them on a 24/7/365 basis. We contritely ask the FCC for consideration of granting this STA to keep our uplink service uninterrupted. Thank you.
