Criswell College made an inadvertent error and let an existing Ku−band license (Call Sign# E940272) lapse and unfortunately expire. Immediately when we recognized our oversight we filed for a new license (E050379). Nothing on our uplink has changed. We are seeking permission to keep continuing our satellite uplink until the new license is granted. 13. 12. Description Criswell College made an inadvertent error and let an existing Ku−band license (Call Sign# E940272) lapse and unfortunately expire. Immediately when we recognized our oversight we filed for a new license (E050379). Nothing on our uplink has changed. We are seeking permission to keep continuing our satellite uplink until the new license is granted. Criswell College is a non− profit, non−commercial, entity serving a large audience throughout north Texas, west Texas, and southern Oklahoma. We have three stations served by this uplink, one of them on a 24/7/365 basis. We contritely ask the FCC for consideration of granting this STA to keep our uplink service uninterrupted.
