This is an application for an extension of the Special Temporary Authorization granted in SES−STA−20051028−01486 for an additional 30 days. The extension will allow EchoStar to complete testing of its new DBS earth station located in Mount Jackson, VA prior to submitting an application for regular authority for this earth station. 13.
