Description This is an application to extend the special temporary authority granted in SES−STA−20051005−01370 (origininally granted in SES−STA−20050701−00862, extended by SES−STA−20050805−01045 and SES− STA−20050826−01179) for an additional 30 days. This will allow E020306 to continue to operate in conjunction with EchoStar 4 at 77 W.L. EchoStar has recounted the public interest benefits of operating EchoStar 4 at 77 W.L. in File Nos. SAT−STA−20050321−00068, SES−MFS−20050527−00662, and SES−LFS−20050701−00852. These applications seek Commission approval to move EchoStar 4 to 77 W.L. where it would operate as a Mexican licensed satellite and blanket earth station authority to allow consumer receive−only dishes to receive service from EchoStar 4 at 77 W.L. These applications are currently pending before the Commission. 5
