The FCC previously granted the applicant a 30−day STA on September 4, 2005, and the technical information for 13. Description The applicant requests special temporary authority for an additional 180−day period to provide temporary−fixed Ku−band service from an earth station that is technically identical to the earth station authorized under call sign E040270. The FCC previously granted the applicant a 30−day STA on September 4, 2005, and the technical information for the instant application remains the same. The authority requested herein will permit the provision of communications services in areas affected by Hurricane Katrina. 5
