The applicant’s current single licensed truck has failed and the applicant is currently without satellite news gathering capabilities. The applicant has taken delivery 13. 12. Description The applicant seeks STA to operate a new SNG truck in connection with the television broadcast station operations of WKYT and submits that grant of STA is in the public interest. The applicant’s current single licensed truck has failed and the applicant is currently without satellite news gathering capabilities. The applicant has taken delivery of a new SNG truck. Authority to operate this facility has been applied for under application file no. SES− LIC−2005091243. Grant of STA will permit the use of this facility during the application’s pendancy and permit the applicant to serve the needs and interests of the WKYT television community. The applicant respectfully submits that this is a circumstance requiring immediate or temporary use of facilities consistent with Section 25.120 of the Commission’s rules. A grant is requested consistent with the provisions thereof. 5
