Conditions for Grant of Katrina—related STA request TBES FILE No. SES—STA—20050902—01207 Sept. 2, 2005 CTV Televsion, Inc‘s Sept. 2, 2005 request for special temporary authority (STA) 18 GRANTED. Accordingly, CTV Television, Inc., is authorized from Sept. 4, 2005 to Sept. 18, 2005, to provide news coverage on an unprotected non—interference basis in accordance with the terms, conditions, and technical specifications set forth in the Commission‘s rules and this document. 1. CTV Television, Inc. shall coordinate all of ts operations so that no harmful interference shall be caused to any other lawfully operating satellites or radiocommunication system. CTV Television, Inc. shall cease operations immediately upon notification of such interference and inform the Commission in writing immediately of such an event. 2. CTV Television, Inc.is required to accept interference from other lawfully operating satellites or radiocommunication systems. 3. Any action taken or expense incurred as a result of operations pursuant tothis special authority is solely at CIV Television, Inc.‘s own risk. This grant is issued pursuant to Section 0.261 ofthe Commission‘s rules on delegated authority, 47 C.F.R. § 0.261, and is effective immediately.
