Loralrequests this STA be extended for an additional 60 days. Grant ofthis request will serve the public interest by ensuring continued use ofextended C—band capacity on the Telstar 18 satelite for the temporary provision of international satelite communications services from Loral‘s Kapolei, Hawaii gateway earth station.
