REQUEST FOR STA EXTENSION MCI Network Services, Ic." (MCT) respectfully requests an extension of ts Special Temporary Authorization (STA), SES—STA—20050307—00284, from the current expiration date of9/10/2005 to 3/10/2006. MCI is operating under te current STA while its modification application, SES—MOD—20021125—02060, to add Intersputnik Express 3A as a pointofcommunication is pending before the Federal Communications Commission (‘Commission® or "ECC‘)" In the context ofthe negotitions for the Russian Federation‘s accession to the World Trade Organization, the Office ofthe United States Trade Representative ("USTR") sent a leter o the Commission concerning MCI‘s related modification application."
