12. Description. Intelsat North America LLC herein requests extension of Special Temporary Authority for 30 days from July 20,2005 to August 19,2005 to use the KA258 Earth station to continue to provide in-orbit testing (IOT) of the IA-8 satellite at 89 degrees W.L. See attached.

13. By checking Yes, the undersigned certifies that neither applicant nor any other party to the application is subject to a denial of Federal benefits that includes FCC benefits pursuant to Section 5301 of the Anti-Drug Act of 1988, 21 U.S.C.
