12. Description. SES Americom, Inc., respectfully requests Special Temporary Authority (STA) to test and begin permanent operations for a VSAT network platform accessing the Internet, until processing of FCC application SES-MOD20050707-00874, for call sign E900004, is complete. STA is necessary to restore customers to a more reliable communications platform than they are operating on currently.

By checking Yes, the undersigned certifies that neither applicant nor any other party to the application is subject to a denial of Federal benefits that includes FCC benefits pursuant to Section 5301 of the Anti-Drug Act of 1988, 21 U.S.C.
