| 12. Description.
With this application, Maritime Telecommunications Network, Inc. ('MTN') requests renewal of its Special Temporary Authority to operate Ku-band satellite Earth Stations on Vessels ('ESVs'). MTN timely filed its orginal request by paper on June 7, 2005. See Attachment 1 hereto. However, at the request of International Bureau staff, MTN is resubmitting its request electronically. MTN hereby incorporates by reference the original paper filing into the instant electronic filing.
