All operations under this STA are on an unprotected and non- harmful interference basis. 2. Maximum outbound downlink EIRP density is limited to +6.0 dBW/4 kHz in the 11.7-12.2 GHz band. 3. This action is without prejudice to any action that may be taken on the underlying modification application. 4. This is granted without prejudice to any future FCC enforcement action against American General Finance, Inc. in connection with any unauthorized operation of radio facilities.
