Pursuant to Section 25.120 of the Commission, IWL/CapRock requests an STA to operate the facilities as requested in the proposed modification of Call Sign E910607, to add new 1.2 meter and 1.5 meter remote antennas to the existing VSAT network for a period of up to 30 days. The STA will serve the public interest by permitting IWL/CapRock to maintain 13. Description Pursuant to Section 25.120 of the Commission, IWL/CapRock requests an STA to operate the facilities as requested in the proposed modification of Call Sign E910607, to add new 1.2 meter and 1.5 meter remote antennas to the existing VSAT network for a period of up to 30 days. The STA will serve the public interest by permitting IWL/CapRock to maintain critical communications links at remote client locations in the Gulf of Mexico. 5
