Special Conditions EchoStar Satellite L.L.C Special Temporary Authority (“STA”) SES-STA-20050519-00630 Call Sign: E050045 1. EchoStar’s request for Special Temporary Authority is authorized to operate an earth station using Ka-band frequencies bands, 18.6-18.8 GHz (downlink), and 28.4-28.6 GHz (uplink). 2. In the event that any harmful interference occurs as a result of the earth station, EchoStar shall cease operations immediately upon notification of such interference and shall inform the Commission in writing immediately of such an event. 3. Our action here is without prejudice to EchoStar’s pending license application request. File No. SES-LIC-20050610-00724.
