Cambridge Communications Systems, Inc. requests a Special Temporary Authority to perform acceptance testing of two basic flyaway SATCOM systems as part of their Federal Government Contract FA8720−04−D−0010 (Delivery Order 0003) with the Electronics Systems Center (ESC) HQ, ESC/ACNC at Hanscom AFB. This testing is in support of Counter Narcotics and Counter 13. Description Cambridge Communications Systems, Inc. requests a Special Temporary Authority to perform acceptance testing of two basic flyaway SATCOM systems as part of their Federal Government Contract FA8720−04−D−0010 (Delivery Order 0003) with the Electronics Systems Center (ESC) HQ, ESC/ACNC at Hanscom AFB. This testing is in support of Counter Narcotics and Counter Terrorism efforts in Central and South America. The STA is in the public interest, and is requested for 30 days to permit system testing. 5
