12. Description. Boeing requests Special Temporary Authority for a period of up to 180 days to use existing earth stations in Canoga Park, California and Littleton, Colorado to support the launch of the Spaceway F1 satellite. A further description is attached along with FCC Form 312s and radiation hazard studies for each of the earth stations.

13.
