12. Description. Mars Hill Broadcasting made an inadvertent mistake and let the existing Ku-band uplink license (Call Sign # E940224) lapse and unfortunately expire. Immediately when we recognized our oversight we filed for a new license (E050072). Nothing on our uplink has changed. We are seeking permission to keep continuing our satellite uplinking till the new license is granted. Mars Hill Broadcasting is a non-profit, non-commercial, entity serving a large audience throughout the NY area. We have 3 stations & 3 translators served by this uplink on a 24/7/365 basis. We contritely ask for FCC consideration of granting this STA to keep our uplink service uninterupted. Thank you.
