| 12. Description.
WUFM 88.7 and its uplink are moving facilities 3/16/2005 and will not have signal access afterwards. The underlying application to FCC has been delayed due to FCC software problem over the past 5 weeks(contact Jerry Ma-FCC). A critical fund raiser coincides with this move. The radio station provides over the air and on-site programs for local schools and community centers presenting anti-drug and service awareness programs in conjuction with youth centered events. The semi-annual fundraiser is mid-March, and this move is critical. There is also an existing license E000662 which we elected to keep at the old site as a disaster recovery site.
