12. Description. Applicant requests an extension of its STA authorizing blanket operation of up to 1,000 earth stations ('consumer premises' or 'CP' terminals)commencing upon expiration of its current STA (04/30/2005)and continuing for 180 days. See Exhibits [1, 2 and 3] for additional detail regarding this application.

By checking Yes, the undersigned certifies that neither applicant nor any other party to the application is subject to a denial of Federal benefits that includes FCC benefits pursuant to Section 5301 of the Anti-Drug Act of 1988, 21 U.S.C.
