January 6, 2005 ), as modified by IBFS File No. SAT-STA-20050310-00060 (granted on April 20, 2004). EchoStar is authorized to communicate with AMC-16 at 96.925 degrees W.L. from April 29, 2005 to June 7, 2005 consistent with the conditions imposed on the operation of AMC-16 at 96.925 degrees W. L. See IBFS File No: SAT-STA-20050111-00009 (granted on April 8, 2005). Echostar's request to communicate with AMC-16 at 85 degrees W.L. and ECHOSTAR-9 at 121 degrees W.L. are DEFERRED. This action is without prejudice to any action that may be taken on the underlying application, File No. SES-LIC-20050218-00202.
