("HNS"), hereby withdraws its pending request for special temporary authority {"STA"), FCC File No. SES—STA—20050203—00134. HNS filed this request for STA to extend its authorization to operate a Ka band test range. The Office of Engineering and Technology has recently granted to HNS an experimental authorization to operate this test range. Therefore, renewal of STA is no longer required.
