After attempting to renew E940225 by using FCC 312R, but being rejected by the electronic application system, World Radio Network Inc. has submitted a new FCC 312 Main Form, whose number is IB2005000116. While this new application is being processed, the World Radio Network Inc. is requesting an extention to the time of above STA in order to continue the operations, granted by E940225, beyond the 2/4/2005 termination date. 5
