SES-LIC-19870108-04417, SES-LIC-19870108-04418 and SES-MOD-19900501-01303 and does not authorize the operation of any facility or the provision of any service which the Commission has never approved or authorized. This STA is granted without prejudice to any future FCC enforcement action against Shared Data Network LLC in connection with any unauthorized operation of radio facilities since the original service authorization."
