This is a request for STA to operate a new 5.5−meter Ku−band antenna to be installed at Skyport’s current teleport. Attached is a letter requesting the STA (see Attachment 2). Also attached (see Attachment 3)is the Form 312 Application for Modification to add the 5.5−meter Ku−band antenna to Skyport’s existing license. This Form 312 Application will be 13.
