12. Description. Terremark Worldwide, Inc. is collocating a Ku-band earth station next to two C-band earth stations in Miami, Florida. Similar to both of the C-band earth stations at this site, the Ku-band antenna will also become part of the same US government network, and it will provide digital audio, video and data services on that network. To meet critical governmental and customer service dates, Terremark requests a Special Temporary Authority. A grant of the STA will enable Terremark to perform antenna verification testing and untimately meet urgent governmental demands concerning operations on the network necessary in the furtherance of the public interest.
