Description Intelsat LLC herein requests a grant of Special Temporary Authority from December 13, 2004 through December 20, 2004 to perform tests on the E040286 Ka−Band antenna before using the antenna for the in−orbit testing of the IA−8 satellite. See also Attachment 1. The transmit and receive tests will be performed using the ECHOSTAR−9/IA−13 satellite at the 121 W.L. orbital location. A license application to use this antenna for the IOT of IA−8 is pending with the FCC. 5
