The remote (dealership) sites will be unaltered. Only the home site is changing to the Telesat - DETR location indicated above. The network is managed for General Motors by Telesat Canada. The home site is monitored and alarmed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year by the Telesat Network Operations Center in Allan Park, Ontario, and is reachable at 1-800-265-3076 (519-371-7490) at any time. The primary American based contact for this service will be Mr. Bryan Herman (Director US Operations) located at 15776 Leone Drive, Macomb, Michigan, 48042. He may be reached at 586-697-9968 X224 (forwarded at night to the Telesat SNOC number noted above) or 24 hours per day at his cellular 586-212- 9556. The uplink can be disabled remotely by contacting any of the numbers above. Access to the Telesat - DETR uplink site in Macomb can be obtained by contacting Bryan Herman and after normal business hours 24/7 the Telesat Network Operations Center will be the contact and will have the capability of removing power to the VSAT and DVB to cease all transmissions.
