        Authority (STA) granted under File Number SES−STA−20040910−01361, to continue operations
        on their two existing Miami, Florida C−band transmit/receive earth stations (E970321)
        prior to the granting of their applied for license modification. The extension of the STA

12. Description

Discovery World Television, Inc. requests an extension of their Special Temporary Authority (STA)
granted under File Number SES−STA−20040910−01361, to continue operations on their two existing
Miami, Florida C−band transmit/receive earth stations (E970321) prior to the granting of their
applied for license modification. The extension of the STA will permit Discovery World Television
to continue to meet critical customer service requirements, and prevent the interruption of
services from their Miami facility. The earth stations will continue to provide digital audio and
video services to their clients.
