To ensure,that this antenna will be operational in time to meet critical customer service dates, AON requests a Special Temporary Authority to permit them to perform a series of antenna verification tests. 12. Description The Apostolic Oneness Network (AON)is constructing their transmit/receive earth station in Des Moines, Iowa. To ensure,that this antenna will be operational in time to meet critical customer service dates, AON requests a Special Temporary Authority to permit them to perform a series of antenna verification tests. A grant of Special Temporary Authority will enable AON to test its antenna and be operational to meet urgent customer demands in furtherance of the competitive marketplace and in the public interest. 5
