Upon review of the application, we are unable to determine with any certainty what authority is being requested. The application references potential communications with two satellites, the Hispasat 1-C and the XTAR satellite and provides conflicting data (e.g. the orbital location of the proposed point of communication). Accordingly, the application SES-STA-20040923-0 1414, IS HEREBY DISMISSED as defective pursuant to 47 C.F.R. $25.1 12. These actions are taken pursuant to 47 C.F.R. 50.261.
