Intelsat LLC herein requests a grant of Special Temporary Authority from November 22, 2004 through January 21, 2005 to use the KA275 earth station to provide in−orbit testing (IOT) in support of the IA−8 satellite currently scheduled for launch in mid−November 2004. 13.
