The public interest justifications for this relocation are set forth in the DIRECTV applications and pleadings filed in connection with File Nos. SAT−STA−20040107−0002 and 13. 12. Description Renewal of this STA is sought for 30 days to support the drift, relocation and final positioning of the DIRECTV 5 satellite to and at the 72.5 degree oribital position. The public interest justifications for this relocation are set forth in the DIRECTV applications and pleadings filed in connection with File Nos. SAT−STA−20040107−0002 and SES−LFS−20040112−00023. The subject earth station has already been coordinated for this relocation and drift has commenced pursuant to the terms of the existing STA, File No. SES−STA−20040811−01129, for which renewal is sought. 5
