“ATTACHMENT” SES-STA-20040811-01129 E930304 CONDITION During relocation of the DIRECTV 5 satellite, DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC's operations shall be on a non-harmful interference basis, i.e., DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC shall not cause interference to, and shall not claim protection from interference caused to it by, any other lawfully operating satellites.
