The public interest justifications for this relocation are set forth in the DIRECTV applications and pleadings filed in connection with File Nos. SAT− 13. Description Special Temporary Authority is requested to use earth station E930304 to support the drift, relocation and final positioning of the DIRECTV 5 satellite to and at the 72.5 degree orbital position. The public interest justifications for this relocation are set forth in the DIRECTV applications and pleadings filed in connection with File Nos. SAT−STA−20040107−00002 and SES− LFS−20040112−00023. The subject earth station has already been coordinated for this relocation and drift of the satellite is planned to begin imminently such that expedited action is requested. 5
