Description An extension of special temporary authority is requested to continue satellite data uplink services to the Army−Air Force Exchange Services (AAFES) for an additional 60 days or until the underlying application for authority is granted. See File No. SES−LIC−20040426−00583. The original STA was granted on June 16, 2004. See File No. SES−STA−20040426−00584. For the same reasons stated in the original STA request, grant of the instant request to extend the STA is in the public interest to enable continued service to the AAFES which relies on the services provided by Verestar using these facilities. 5
