This earth station is expected to provide TT&C for the relocation of the DIRECTV 3 satellite from 82 WL to 91 WL. Simultaneously with this request, the Applicant is filing a request for amendment to 13. 12. Description This application requests special temporary authority to add the DIRECTV 3 satellite at 91 WL as a point of communication to earth station authorization E930229. This earth station is expected to provide TT&C for the relocation of the DIRECTV 3 satellite from 82 WL to 91 WL. Simultaneously with this request, the Applicant is filing a request for amendment to the pending modification application for earth station E930229 to add this new point of communication. 5
