Loral’s STA expires July 2, 2004. To ensure uninterupted proof of performance testing that the connectivity and the installed equipment works prior to the contractual buy−off for the service, Loral requests that the Commission grant an extension of its current STA effective July 2, 2004, until 13. To ensure uninterupted proof of performance testing that the connectivity and the installed equipment works prior to the contractual buy−off for the service, Loral requests that the Commission grant an extension of its current STA effective July 2, 2004, until the Commission grants Loral’s request for permanent authority or for 180 days. 5
