Sure Shot Transmissions requests the use of the Special Temporary Authority to operate a KU−Band Temporary Earth Station before the FCC License has been granted. The satellite truck will be in Dover, DE June 5 − 6, 2004. It will be used for the broadcast of the NASCAR race for Turner Sports. 13.
