12. Description. Authority is requested to use earth station E930304 on a special temporary basis to support the drift of the DIRECTV 7S satellite from its testing position at 129 degrees W.L. to its authorized orbital position, 119 degrees W.L., and to communicate with DIRECTV 7S during the pendency of processing of underlying modification applications. This operation already has been determined to be in the public interest, DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC, DIRECTV 7S Order and Authroization (rel. April 28, 2004). The subject earth station has already been coordinated for this location pursuant to File No. SES-MOD-20040227-00298. The drift is scheduled to begin imminently and expedited action is requested.
