Description Authority is requested to use earth station E030105 on a special temporary basis to support the in−orbit testing of the DIRECTV 7S satellite at 129 degrees W.L. in accordance with the specific time frame and parameters set forth in the Order and Authorization for that spacecraft. See DIRECTV 7S, Order and Authorization, File Nos. SAT−LOA−20030611−00115, SAT−AMD−20031126−00341, SAT−AMD−20031201−00344, SAT−STA−20031203−00346 (rel. April 28, 2004). The subject earth station has been already been coordinated for this location pursant to its current authorization (FCC File No. SES−LIC−20030508−00621). Testing is scheduled to begin on May 15, 2004, and expedited action is requested. 5
