Loral filed a permanent application to operate the Kapolei earth station (E980250) on January 13, 2004. Loral seeks this STA to do testing and to ensure that the earth station is operating properly so that it can provide IOT and TT&C services for the TELSTAR 18 Satellite, scheduled for launch on June 26, 2004. 13.
