12. Description. Request for STA for 180 days to operate an 18.3 meter C-band and extended C-band earth station (formerly licensed under FCC call sign KA365) pending Commission action on Neptune Pacific's contemporaneously-filed application for a new earth station license requesting permanent authority.

13. By checking Yes, the undersigned certifies that neither applicant nor any other party to the application is subject to a denial of Federal benefits that includes FCC benefits pursuant to Section 5301 of the Anti-Drug Act of 1988, 21 U.S.C.
