SES Americom wishes to install a 1.2 meter Patriot antenna at its headquarters facility to test VSAT services and capabilities and demonstrate the capability to customers. This antenna is the same size and operates at the same parameters as an existing antenna on the license and will be operated in accordance with those licensed patterns and levels. 13.
