This is one of several similar name changes effected throughout the existing LightSquared corporate structure. For example, New LightSquared LLC—the ultimate parent entity—has changed its name to Ligado Networks LLC. Notably, these are changes in name only, and not changes in ownership or control. Please update the Commission’s records to reflect “Ligado Networks Subsidiary LLC” as the name of the authorized party in connection with each of the authorizations listed in Exhibit 1.
