("WKBW-TV") has submitted an application seeking FCC consent for special temporary authorization for the use of a temporary-fixed satellite earth station. The electronically generated file number is: IB2000000006. WKBW-TV seeks to use the temporary-fixed satellite earth station to provide live coverage of the New York governor's state-of-the-state address, which will be held tomorrow, January 5, 2000. Today, we are sending Mellon Bank a remittance advice form and a check in the amount of $135. We would greatly appreciate the Bureau's review of the application for STA prior to confirming payment since WKBW-TV would like to use the earth station tomorrow. In addition, we have had difficulty in electronically submitting an initial application for the temporary-fixed satellite earth station on FCC Form 312.
