(“Licensee”), a corporation organized under the laws of the state of Delaware, is an indirect, wholly-owned subsidiary of ORBCOMM Inc. Licensee is 100% owned by ORBCOMM LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the state of Delaware. ORBCOMM LLC is 100% owned and controlled by its single Member, ORBCOMM Inc. ORBCOMM Inc. is a Delaware corporation, and has been a public company since November 2, 2006 (NASDAQ Symbol ‘ORBC’). The ownership of ORBCOMM Inc. is widely dispersed and subject to regular variations due to the results of public trading. According to the most current available ORBCOMM Inc. ownership information, no single shareholder currently owns a 10% or greater interest in the company.
