Jae,

Per your request from the field:

We do not use this PntComm for NSS-5. I have no clue why it was even in the license previously. According to all my
analysis this PntComm would be below the Horizon for this antenna. There isn’t a satellite that we need to access
beyond the 148.2W Arc limit.

Please let me know if you need additional information?

Thanks,

Hi Donna,

Per 25.118 (3) An earth station operator may change a point of communication without prior authorization, provided
the operator does not repoint the earth station's antenna beyond any coordinated range; and (i) The change results
from a space station relocation described in paragraph (e) of this section.

I can add the Permitted List and remove all PntComm, but I see NSS-5@177W, which is beyond the approved West Arc
limit @148.2W. Do you still use this PntComm?

Thanks.

Importance: High

Jae,

The modification and renewal for WA33, is filed by Donna Yopp.

I received notification from the Market, to issue the following changes in WA33:

I can remove all the other Points of Communications. The line below will now cover any satellite that AT&T wants to
use. It allows AT&T to use any FCC permitted satellite in the ARC range.

1.       to Permitted Space Station List

If we need a specific satellite add the below line.

    2. Intelsat 37e @ 342.0 E.I Satellite of the Intelsat system (U.S.-Licensed)

The Earth Station License is pending renewal, so do I need to issue a (312(S) on the pending renewal application?

Thanks,

Hi Jacquelyne Flemming,

Please verify your PntComm and provide an update.
Please also consider using the Permitted List for PntComm if your list of PntComm are in the Permitted List.

Thanks.
